Amani Sepetu
After
obtaining a Master's Degree in Economics from a renowned University in
Germany, Amani returned to Zanzibar in December 1996.
Since then he's done some consultancy work and managed a partially owned
gastronomy business before starting a full time job with an emerging
regional commercial bank. Due to unforeseen developments a sudden change
in the line of profession became necessary in mid 1999 and Amani joined
the then startup Zanzibar Telecom, ZANTEL
After working for Zantel in the capacity of Marketing Manager for almost 5
years Amani accepted a more challenging position covering regional markets
with the Tanzania Cigarette Company in Dar es Salaam.
